Domestic Shipping (UK): 2–7 business days
International Shipping: 2–3 weeks

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your shipping date confirmation and tracking information. Shipping times provided are for guidance; Fairy cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or other potential delays.

All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 3 pm Monday–Friday will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
